A. The principles are consistent but this is not a course designed to help you memorise the Prince 2 manual.

A. If all you want to do is pass a Prince 2 exam, you wouldn't.

A. You would attend this course because you wanted to learn how to manage projects.

Q. But wouldn't a Prince 2 course teach me how to manage projects?

A. Prince 2 courses focus on teaching you how to pass Prince 2 exams, rather than how to manage projects.

Q. Earlier you said this course wouldn't directly help me pass the Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner exam. Would it indirectly help me pass the Prince 2 exams?

A. Possibly. This course will give you an understanding of projects and how to manage them. When you then read the Prince 2 manual you will have something for the Prince 2 procedures to stick to.

Q. Might I want to attend this course if I have already attended a Prince 2 course and passed the Prince 2 exams?

A. Yes, you might. People who have attended this course after attending a Prince 2 course have the reaction: "ah, now I understand why I might want to use some of those Prince 2 procedures".

Q. So a Prince 2 course will help me memorise Prince 2 processes and terminology, and this course will show me how to manage projects, right?

A. Right.
