About Us

HRAConsulting was formed in 2002 to provide project management training and project management consultancy. We run scheduled public project management courses and private in-house courses for companies and public sector organisations in UK.

Instructor

The project management courses are run by Mike Harding Roberts. Mike worked for IBM for many years. He had a variety of roles including: team leader, project leader, project manager, manager of project managers, project assurance manager, project management trainer and project management consultant.

Project Management Course

This project management course is suitable for novices and those with experience of team leading or managing projects. Although the course focuses on managing IT projects, no IT knowledge is needed - indeed about half those who attend are business users who are involved in IT projects.

There is no exam at the end of the course and thus we concentrate on teaching what project managers, team leaders, users and others should do to achieve project success, rather than teaching how to pass an end of course exam.

We regret that this course is no longer running. However, the essence of the course is now available as an online project management book - look upon it as a free online project management course.
